Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid plans on CrafterCV (craftercv.com), operated by FOP Illia Yushchenko, an individual entrepreneur registered in Ukraine. Payments and refunds are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Creem (creem.io).

1. Try it before you pay

The Free plan lets you build a resume and a cover letter, use every template and export a PDF that carries a small mark. We recommend using it first, so you know what you are buying.

2. Cancelling

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next charge. Your paid features stay available until the end of the period you already paid for, after which the account returns to Free plan limits. Your resumes, cover letters and knowledge base are kept, not deleted.

3. Refunds

• Within 14 days of a payment we refund it in full, no questions asked. This covers your first payment and any renewal.
• After 14 days we do not refund the current period, but you can cancel so you are not charged again. Access continues until the period you paid for ends.
• If the Service did not work — an export failed, a feature you paid for was unavailable — tell us and we will fix it, extend your period or refund you, whichever suits you better. This is not limited to 14 days.

These terms are in addition to your statutory rights. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services, which the rule above already honours.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@craftercv.com from the address on the account, or request it directly through the Creem receipt you received by email. We reply within two business days.

5. Processing

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Timing depends on Creem and your bank and usually takes a few business days. When a payment is refunded, the paid features for that period end.
